We are are currently considering which of our in-person venues will go ahead as planned, and will make a final call on this by October 29th.

IMPORTANT: FULL SARS-Cov-2 vaccination (Pfizer, Moderna or Astrazenica) will be required for in-person attendance. Please ensure that you are double-dosed before that time.
At current COVID-19 roadmap and vaccine % projections, all in-person venues could go ahead. However each require careful state-by-state evaluation as the situation evolves, and liaising with venue providers.

Student talks (10 minutes) will be prerecorded. Recording instructions will be emailed when the abstract review process is complete. Presenters will however answer questions live.

Lightning talks (3 minutes) will be done live.

We are committed to providing a COVIDSafe hybrid event.

The in-person component on the final day will be cancelled if COVID-19 restrictions (state wide or venue specific) do not allow for the event to occur. Those who registered for the hybrid event will be refunded the in-person charge ($20, or $10 for early bird registrations).

All refunds will be processed towards the end of November (after the symposium).
